Ann McKaig is our guest for “Cooking with Milwaukee Community Leaders. Ann is the President of the Shorewood, WI Village Board. She has been in Shorewood for 20+ years and has held various local positions in the Village. She has served on the Shorewood Parks Commission, the Shorewood Recreation Advisory Committee, Friends of Estabrook Park, the Planning Commission, the North Shore Fire Board, and the Intergovernmental Council.
Ann tells us how she makes her family's Clam Chowder recipe. New England Clam Chowder, with its creamy base, tender clams, and hearty potatoes, is a beloved dish that has stood the test of time.

Wendell was previously the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Foundation, Wendell gives a short interview about his background and his work in the community.
Steak Fajitas, with an Easy Margarita Recipe - Tex-Mex fajitas, made with strips of steak, onions, and bell peppers, and served with fresh tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. 
Wendell tells us how he makes one of his favorite dishes, Steak Fajitas. And tops off this fabulous meal with his famous Margarita recipe.

Our guest for Cooking with Milwaukee Community Leaders is Genaro Baez. Director – HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development for Milwaukee County.
Genaro leads the departments comprised of HR Operations, HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. He is responsible for the design and execution of the talent strategy, strategic workforce initiatives, organizational development/learning, HR marketing/communications, HR programs, and overall HR operations and compliance.
Genaro also oversees enterprise strategies and program execution of Human Resources services and supports activities to ensure programs and initiatives achieve strategic objectives for the County. He also oversees and approves Leadership & Management Development programs and Organizational Development workshops.
