Our guest for Cooking with Milwaukee Community Leaders is Art Serna, CEO of City on a Hill, a non-profit organization here in Milwaukee. A City on a Hill is a place where there is belief in the power of community to transform cities and families. Art shows us how he makes Chicken tostadas.
